Starfeather Publishing is a family owned self/independent publishing company dedicated to the creation of literary and artistic books for children and adults.  Working with illustrators around the world, we specialize in children's picture books and publish the Pearl River Quarterly four times a year.  Our interests vary and we are always looking for good writers with a passionate story to tell.  We seek submissions for The Pearl River Quarterly on a rolling basis.  Please review our listing and if your work fits our guidelines, we look forward to reviewing your submission.
